TOPIC: WALKING WITH GOD (1) TEXT: Genesis 5:18-24

INTRODUCTION:
Whosoever you walk with influences what works in your life and what walks into your life. Prov 13:20” He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.” To attract and make way for great things to walk into your life this New Year, wisdom permits that you position yourself to walk with God. A walk with God is an indispensable asset, it cannot be compared with a walk with any other personality on earth, it is a profitable honor to walk with God. In this series we shall consider what it means to walk with God, Why walk with God together with some scriptural examples of those who walked with God. May the Holy Spirit release unto you divine understanding that will enhance your walk with God in Jesus name.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WALK WITH GOD.
The following are few of what it means to walk with God.
1. To walk with God connotes breaking connection with the world, not to walk with the world. 1 Cor 3:3
2. It means to allow God take the lead and you follow: Matt 4:19
3. It means to be wholly focused on God and his will for your life 1Thess 2:11-12
4. It means to be in the company of God, accessible by God, and dependent on God. Colossians 1:9-12
5. It connotes the practice of applying Christian principles and beliefs to everyday life: Colossians 2:6-8
6. To walk with God means to make yourself accountable, reportable, and moldable by God. 1 Thess. 4:1
7. To walk with God means not to be self-centered but God centered: Matt 6:33
8. To walk with God means to abide & dwell in God: John 15:4-5
9. It means to be in covenant intimacy with God Spirit, Soul and Body.
10. It means taking God with you everywhere you go.

WHY WALK WITH GOD
The understanding of why something should be done, rightly position us to get it done; the following are some of the reasons why we need to walk with God.
1. Because God is worth walking with. There is no greater influential personality on earth to walk with besides God, it is not just a privilege to walk with him, it is an honor. He is worth walking with because he is dependable, trustworthy, reliable, caring, loving and owns all. Isaiah 40:28-29
2. Because it is a divine demand and requirement. God demands that his people walk with him and love him. This is not because he is lonely but because he created them for his service. Micah 6:8
3. Because it pays to walk with God. Every connection with God is rewardable, God is not a user he is a rewarder. It pays in all areas to walk with God. Deut 5:33, 2 Kings 20:3
4. Your walk with God defines your work for God. Working for God without walking with God is deception and most likely lead to a waste of commitment. Matt 7:21. You have to walk with God if you ever want to work for God. Mark 3:13-14,
5. Walking with God gives you access to more of God. When you walk with God, you enjoy his presence, your walk with God gives you cheap access to hear him, to get his visitations and access his person. When you access more of God you become an asset on earth. Daniel was an asset on earth and became highly indispensable in a strange land because he had access to more of God. Daniel 5:11-12, Daniel 1:8
6. Walking with God, restrains you from living in sin. You can’t be genuinely walking with God and be living in sin. A walk with God leads you to go through the path of God which is holy. Gal 5:16, Psalm 119:1-3
7. Walking with God is a covenant requirement for making heaven. No matter how good you are, it takes a genuine walk with God to make heaven. Walking with God while on earth is a rehearsal and preparation for walking with him in heaven, Hence you need to a walk with God to fit heavens walk. Gen 5:24, Gen 6:7-9

CONCLUSION
If there is any major resolution to make this year, I believe it should be a resolution to walk genuinely with God, everyone that put God first in all things always end up great in life. Ask Noah, David, Abraham, Zachariah and Enoch, there walk with God repositioned their destinies on high. As you commit to walking with God this year, I see you living a life of no more limits. Matt 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”.

21 DAYS PRAYER ENCOUNTER FOR THE LAST QUARTER 2012

Preamble: Every time God decides to perform great things in the midst of his people, he send forth his word. The word of God is the executioner of God’s mind and whenever it is released, it provokes supernatural results.  Psalm 107:20, Psalm 119:89. As we step into this last quarter of the year 2012, the Lord has spoken that this last quarter is fully loaded with the best of benefits and inheritances for his children. Psalm 65:9-12

 

However, to connect and provoke the release of this prophetic direction, he has instructed that we connect with him through prayers for 21 days towards opening the heavens of unusual releases upon his people; therefore, the need for this prayer guide in a bid to position ourselves for this great move of God. Please, commit at least 30 minutes every day for the next 21 days starting October 1st praying.

The last three days of this prayer October 19-21, we shall be meeting in the church 7:00pm – 8:00pm to conclude this prayer encounter.

PRAYER GUIDE Week 1: October 1st- 7th   Read & Meditate 1 Thessalonians 5:18, Psalm 65:9-13, Zephaniah 3:19-20.

INTERCESSION

  1. Holy Spirit, reveal yourself like never before to every pastor & ministers in America in the name of Jesus.
  2. Father, continue to empower your son and servant at the empowerment center with unusual power and grace like never before in the name of Jesus.
  3. Father, let everyone that comes into empowerment center meet with you in the name of Jesus.
  4. Father, let everything that will be done at the empowerment center come from you in the name of Jesus.
  5. Jesus, restore your presence and power to every church in America in the name of Jesus.
  6. Heavenly father, save the souls of men and women that steps into empowerment center and make them useful vessels unto you in Jesus name
  7. Father, shield your servant and his family at the empowerment center with your presence, and fire from every counter attacks in the name of Jesus.

                TOPIC: THE SECRET OF OVERCOMERS Text: Acts 13:6-12

INTRODUCTION
Life is full of ups & downs, so also it is a ground for conquering; Life makes room for the overcomers who refuses to be held down by the challenges in it, but presses on to be all that they have been ordained to become. As a believer you are created and empowered to dominate as well as reign on earth. Gen 1:28. However, to walk in this dominion, there is a need to explore and discover the secrets of overcoming.1 Cor 10:11. May the Holy Spirit open our eyes to divine secrets that will enhance our manifestation in the realm of dominion ordained for us in Jesus name.

WHO IS AN OVERCOMER?
The word overcome means to prevail, to conquer or gain the victory. It is an indication of winning and conquering. As Christians, you are declared an overcomer by redemption. For the purpose of this study, the following reflects the overcomers.

1. The Overcomers are those that are born of God and maintain their stand in God till the end without compromise – I John 5:1-5, Rev 2:25-26

2. The Overcomers are those that come over things that came up against them. They are those that conquer, that gain victory, surmounts and subdue. 1 John 2:13-14, John 16:33

Scriptural Examples of Overcomers

a. David (Overcame adversity) 1 Samuel 17:41-51
b. Woman with Issue of blood (Overcame affliction) Mark 5:25-34
c. Jesus (Overcame temptation) Matt 4:1-11
d. Paul (Overcame persecution) 2 Cor 11:20-27, Romans 8:35-37

WHAT MUST I OVERCOME?
Insight into scriptural revelations, reveals the following as some of the major things that you must overcome in life as a believer in order to reign on earth and dominate.

1. Temptation: Temptation itself is not sin, but yielding to temptation gives birth to sin; no matter how smart you are, everyone faces temptation at one point or the other. If Jesus was tempted, you cannot escape being tempted. John 15:20, 1 Cor 10:13. You must overcome temptation to enter into your season of glorification as Jesus did. Luke 4:13-15, Hebrews 2:18; 4:15-16. Joseph Overcame temptation to get to his place of manifestation-Gen 39:4-12

2. Adversity: Adversities are arranged to make things work adversely, every overcomer must overcome adversity it can be in any form – affliction, oppression, opposition, tribulation, wickedness, attacks etc. No adversity is designed to overcome a believer as long as you are in Christ. John 16:33, Eph 6:10-17, 1 Cor 15:57, 1 John 4:4, Proverbs 24:10.

3. Destiny Hindering Attitudes: There are certain things in our journey towards destiny that we must overcome, some of them appear little but they are mighty towards pulling down destinies, part of which are Fear, Pride, Worry, Unbelief, Anxiety etc. these attitudes affects destiny fulfillment when not conquered. Hebrew 2:14-15.

WHY MUST I OVERCOME?
1. You are redeemed to triumph. Rev 5:9-10,
2. The provision for overcoming has been made available for you. John16:33, Col. 2:13-15
3. If you don’t overcome, you automatically will be overpowered and if care is not taken be destroyed. Achan- Joshua 7:21-26, Samson – Judges 16:16-21
4. It takes overcoming to lay hold of your kingdom heritage & lots. Rev 2:7, Rev 2:11, Rev 2:17, Rev 2:26, Rev 3:5, Rev3:12, Rev 2:21

CONCLUSION:
Now that you know that your place on earth is that of an overcomer, not because you can fight but because of who you are in Christ and what the word of God says you are – AN OVERCOMER; therefore, no battle of life is permitted to overpower you as long as you accept and agree with God in the direction of what he has said concerning you. Refuse to be overpowered because you can overcome

TOPIC: Help From All Sides (2)                                              Text: Luke 10:30-35

INTRODUCTION: Help is one of God’s unusual provision for the triumph of humanity on earth, last week we started a series on Help wherein we discovered what help is, the sources of help and some reasons why help is needed. This week we shall continue in this series as we access further revelations on why we need help. May the grant you divine insight into his word and send help to you speedily in Jesus name. Amen.

WHY DO I NEED HELP?

The following are five (5) additional reasons why we need help in the journey of life.

  1. Help Provokes accelerated accomplishment: Both divine help and human help are catalyst that provokes speedy accomplishment. Without help, what suppose not to take longer time can but when help comes the result gets accelerated. Help can turn frustration to celebration; it can reverse delay and ensure timely delivery.   – Luke 5:1-11. The project of God that was hindered by the adversary experience accelerated completion through the force of help.  Ezra 4: 23-24 , Ezra 5:1-2, Ezra 6:8-14
  2. Divine help eliminate shame & reproach: Help is one of God’s major provisions for the termination of shame and reproach. Whenever God arises to help a destiny, shame and reproach cannot withstand his operation. Isaiah 50:7. It doesn’t matter how long the shame and reproach has tarried, a single visitation of God’s help turns it to glory. The first miracle of Jesus was to through the force of help turn a shameful situation around to glory.  John 2:1-11
  3.  Help preserves from destruction: Help is an agent of rescue in life; God’s help preserves from evil and destruction.  Rev. 12:14-16, God can also use human help to rescue you from the attacks of the attackers staged to frustrate you. Ex 2:16-18, 2 Chronicles 18:31
  4. Help releases hindered portion and possession: Many destinies are hindered & stagnant in life because help is far away from them; both divine and earthly help are powerful supernatural forces that release hindered possessions. Help removes up hindrances.  Daniel 10:13
  5. Help enhances speedy recovery: Without help in place nothing is lost forever in this kingdom. David recovered all because God divinely arranged a man on his way to help in directing him to where his possessions are. 1 Samuel 30: 10-16. When the voice of help speaks, it promotes speedy recovery from all form of loss and pain. Luke 10:33-35

CONCLUSION: Now that you have a revelation of what is loaded in divine & earthly help; stir up your heart to pursue after these order of help and pray them into manifestation in your life. God’s helps is available for all but not accessible by all. It takes depending & crying on God to enjoy the help of God without measure. PRAYER GUIDE – UNCOMMON HELP (2)

Prayer Text: Luke 10:30-35

Prayer Insight (2)

-          DISAPPOINTMENT & DENIAL: Lying at the point of death, seriously in need of help, this man experienced denial and disappointment from those who are naturally believed should help him. By reason of relationship as a fellow Jew and by reason of responsibility as Priest / Levites, but reverse was the case. Pray against every power that gives you disappointment at the edge of help, pray that God will send help to you even from place where you have been denied, pray that the Lord will uproot every seed of denial, disappointment and rejection in your life.

 

-          DIVINE HELP: When those who ought to help him abandoned him, by divine arrangement, God sent help to him from a person that ought not to help him by reason of tribal barriers. The Samaritan has no dealing with the Jews ( John 4:9) , yet this Samaritan suspended his own journey to attend to the need of the man, he stayed with him overnight, paid for all expenses and promised to pay extra if need be. This is a divine helper in action; God brought a divine helper the way of the man to restore his destiny.   There are seven unusual dimensions of help this destiny helper released to his life. Luke 10:33-35

 

  1. “He Went to him” –  CONNECTION (When other are running away from him he went to him)
  2. “Bound up his wound” – CARE (He cared for him to ensure his safety)
  3. “Pour oil & wine on his wound” – COMFORT (He gave him comfort in the place of his pain to  relieve the pain)
  4. “Set him on his OWN beast” – CONVENIENCY (The man decided to walk for him to give this man convenience at his own inconveniency)
  5. “Brought him to an Inn” – COVERING ( This helper made a covering available for the man to prevent him from further attacks and to give proper attention)
  6. “He took care of him”  – CONSOLATION (He became a channel of consolation for the man, taking care of him just to ensure he survive the attack.
  7. “When I come I will repay thee” – COMMITMENT ( This helper against all odds, still committed himself to pay whatsoever would be spent even after he has left. He committed himself to ensure that this man gets back on his feet)

 

PRAYER POINTS

  1. Every power blocking my help from coming on time, be withdrawn speedily in Jesus name
  2. Every root and seed of disappointment operating in my life, be uprooted by fire in the name of Jesus
  3. Father, disappoint every power on assignment to disappoint me from getting my due help in Jesus name
  4. Father by divine help; speedily turn every disappointment and denial in my life around for good in Jesus name.  2 Kings 14:26-27
  5. Every help I need for my situation to change Oh Lord! Send them to me this month in Jesus name.
  6. Holy Spirit put my help in the heart of my helpers in the name of Jesus.
  7. Oh Lord, send help to me from places where I don’t deserve to be helped in the name of Jesus.
  8. My father, divinely connect me with helpers of destiny that will move my life forward in Jesus name
  9. My life, from today begin to attract help from all sides in Jesus name.

INTRODUCTION: To be helpless is to be hopeless, anytime a man rans out of help, hopelessness sets in. Help is an essential element in life, the absence of it makes living a burden. What is help? Why do I need Help? Where does help come from? How can I get helped e.t.c are some fo the questions that shall be answered in this series of teaching & prayer mission from the word of God.

WHAT IS HELP?

SOURCES OF HELP? The size of a thing is determined by its source. There are two pivotal sources of help.

1. Divine Help (God’s Help)    –  2 Kings 6:24-27, Psalm 146:5, Hosea 13:9, Psalm 121:1-2, Psalm 10:14

2. Earthly Help (Man to Man).  – Isaiah 41:6, 1 Chronicles 12:21-22, Romans 16:3, Romans 16:9

God is the source of all help, if God does not help a man no man can help. Until the help of God is activated in a man’s life the help of man ceases. The divine Help is what controls the earthly help. Running after the earthly help by abandoning the heavenly help leads to frustration.  Isaiah 31:1-3, Psalm 127:1-2

WHY DO I NEED HELP? It takes the understanding of why you need something to value it and desire it. The following are some of the reason why Help is needed in life.

  1. God ordained it: From the beginning, God was the first person that saw a need for man’s help. It is an indication that man cannot become all he should be without help.  Gen 2:18. Man was a product of God’s help. Gen 2:7 Gen 3:21.
  2. Help turns adverse situations around: Help is a promoter of change, divine help and earthly help can turn adverse situations around for better, it turns pain to gain, it turns sorrow to joy, it turns weakness to strength.  2kings 14:26-27, Luke 10:30-35

CONCLUSION: The help of God in a man’s life is a must, if God does not help a man, life cannot cooperate with him. Now that you have discovered some scriptural truths about help from all sides, position yourself to access God’s help that will release earthly help for you.

-          DECISION: The man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho. The decision he made landed him in trouble. He went down and was brought down.  Decision can bring distinction or destruction. Pray against making wrong decisions, Pray for the help of God to make right decisions, Pray for God’s help to reverse the repercussions of wrong decisions. Pray for God’s help to lead you in making the decision that will change your life for better.

 

-          DESTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENTS: The man on his way fell among thieves; this is what I called destructive arrangement. The enemies set a trap for the man and he fell into it. In the journey of life the adversary do make wicked arrangements to delay, denial and any times destroy us from getting to our destinations. In this text pray against the channels of operations used by the enemies. (a) The forces of wasters: They striped him naked, they out him to shame, took his garment. They emptied him of his covering. Nahum 2:2 (b) The forces of Wounders: They wounded him and left him half dead. This is the power of affliction, torment and pain. Pray against the forces on assignment to cause you pain, to wound you, to afflict you and destroy every destructive arrangement that has been by the adversary to bring you down.

THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION

The Resurrection of Jesus from the dead establishes a reason for the celebration of this season. When all hope was lost, the expected messiah of the world was battered and attacked by the same world he came to save, with all they had they fought him thinking they can ruin his assignment of saving the world, only for them to wake up to a surprise that the same Jesus they killed and monitored his burial has risen again, despite the full armored security assigned to monitor his tomb. Hallelujah he has risen, it calls for celebration.

Death has been defeated, the intentions of the adversary disappointed and the hope of a better future delivered. It is worth celebrating. Jesus is alive.

However as Christians, resurrection is not just about celebration and gyration, but a season for revelation and connection with the power of resurrection. There is unexplainable power connected with the resurrection of Jesus. The essence of His resurrection amidst all is to release you into an immersion of the power that channeled his resurrection.

“…And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places” Ephesians 1:19-20

Insight into this scripture reveals that the resurrection of Jesus was by the mighty power of God and this power is connect-able by us who believe. Hence, his resurrection made power available. No wonder Paul the apostle was praying to connect with the power of His resurrection.

“That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death” Phil 3:10

Scriptural revelation unveils that the power of His resurrection are revelationally in two dimensions:

  1. The Supernatural force that brought Jesus back to life after death – “But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you” Romans 8:11. (Jesus came back to life by the operations of a might Spirit).

When you connect with this dimension of power in his resurrection, it brings back to life whatsoever has been termed dead in your life. The power of his resurrection is the spiritual force that brings back to life; it silences death, weaknesses, weariness, unproductivity and stagnancy. It releases life, productivity, strength and activeness.

Therefore, as you read this bulletin I declare everything dead in your life to be quickened by the operations of the same Spirit that raised up Jesus from dead in the name of Jesus.

You connect with this power by giving room to the Spirit in your life. The condition for the operation of this resurrection power is his continuous dwelling in your life. If he does not dwell, it cannot work, this operation of the Spirit is in you, it works from inside. Therefore, you cannot be abhorring bitterness, unforgiveness, hatred, evil thought, as well as immorality and expect this reviving force to work.

As you celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, connect also with the Spirit that raised him to life that is what makes your celebration to be complete. Some of the things that guarantees the continuous indwelling of this Spirit in you is the continuous inflowing of his word, a lifestyle void of sin and consistent engagement with prayer.

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” John 6:63

  1. The second revelational dimension of the power of His resurrection signifies what the resurrection of Jesus has done or has the capacity to do. It means the power (ability, performing capacity) loaded in the resurrection of Jesus from the death.

Revelation is the bedrock for uncommon manifestation, when you lack revelation; frustration is always around the corner. What positions you to properly celebrate the resurrection of Jesus is the revelation of what his resurrection delivered; in order words thy form the essence of his resurrection. Two of these are:

  1. The Resurrection of Jesus opened up a new chapter in the order of life: Jesus died loaded with the sins of the world and he rose up from the grave enthroning righteousness on as many as will believe. His resurrection changed your status from slaves to son, sinners to saint, condemnation to celebration, destruction to salvation if only you will appreciate this and continue to walk in it. His resurrection changed your status and level.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” 1 Peter 1: 3 – 5. 

His resurrection commits you to walk in the newness of life, old life is gone, therefore make an unbreakable decision with him as you celebrate his resurrection not to go back to the old life.

“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” Romans 6:4

  1. The resurrection of Jesus authenticates the perfection and performance of scriptural prophecies:  The promises and prophecies in the scriptures would have been questionable if Christ has not risen from the death, because he said he would rise on the third day. Hence, if he had not risen his promises would have been fake, and this would have made our faith fake. However, He said it and he made it happen. Glory to God. It is an highly impossible thing for a man to say that he will die and come back to life, but Jesus said it, all eyes saw that he died and he rose again just after three days, having defeated death.

This is an indication that whatever he has said he will also do, refuse to give up on his promises and the prophecies that has gone ahead of you, if Jesus did not fail in his promise of resurrection why should he fail in the promise he made for you.

“And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again” Mark 8:31-32.

As you celebrate his resurrection, renew your assurance of his inability to fail in his promises concerning your life and celebrate his faithfulness. Strengthen your faith in him because he has risen, if he did not fail in that he cannot fail in others.

 

Therefore, the resurrection of Jesus is worth celebrating because of the person of Jesus and the power operating in his resurrection. However, no matter the degree of your celebration if you are not connected to the person of Jesus who in turn qualifies you for the power of his resurrection, your celebration might amount to waste. So ask yourself this question. Where am I in Christ?

If you find it difficult to answer then, it is an indication that you are not really in Christ and the essence of his resurrection is to make room for you in him. I enjoin you to go before the Lord as you read this and confess your sins before him, seek his mercy, ask him to be the savior of your soul and give you a room in him. You are blessed.

POSITIONING YOURSELF FOR DIVINE FAVOUR

Your position influences your possession in life, until you are rightly positioned, you cannot command the correct possession.

“If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.” Isaiah 1:19-20

Positioning yourself to will and obey makes you to possess the goodness of the land, so also positioning yourself not to do hands you over to destruction.

Divine favour is a provisional possession of the kingdom that can be accessed if only you are duly positioned for it.

Divine favour is defined as the special loving kindness of God that places you at higher advantage as against others; it is gaining approval in the midst of much, it is also defined as excessive kindness.

Revelationally, Divine favour is a distinguishing influence that comes upon a destiny, positions such destiny to stand out and gain advantage in his environment.

“So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign. And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.” Esther 2:16-17.

By the force of Divine favour, Esther gained advantage over others and secured her place in the palace.

Divine favour is a supernatural channel that terminates frustration. When you walk out of divine favour, you enter into unnecessary labour.

Divine favour commands life’s best to answer in your direction productively.

“For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life…” Psalm 30:5

SCRIPTURAL OPERATIONS OF DIVINE FAVOUR

1. Divine favour positions you for stressless accomplishment. The favour of God alleviates your hard labour. It makes what takes years to answer to you in months. Divine favour makes you to enjoy accomplishing things without struggles.

“For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them” Psalm 44:3

2. Divine favour enhances promotion. Promotion is not all about your effort, but the working of God because promotion comes from him. God’s favour positions you for promotion. Joseph, Daniel, Esther got into their placements in life by favour.

“For thou art the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.” Psalm 89:17

3. Divine favour opens you up for unusual harvest. You command the harvest of life from all quarters via the mighty force of divine favour. The favour of God brings your way what you are not qualified for.

 “And the LORD gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians.” Exodus 12:36

Divine favour is available for all by God, but not accessible by all because it must be positioned for. Some of the things that positions you to operate in this dimension of favour are:

  1. Sow the seed of Mercy and Truth: “Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.” Proverbs 3:3-4. Life operates by the law of seed and harvest. What you sow is what you reap. Seed is not compulsorily money; it could be your time, efforts, resources, whatever can add value to anyone at any point can be a seed. Live a lifestyle of always showing goodness to others then you are positioning yourself for the favour of God. Prov 11:27
  2. Connect With Divine Presence: You cannot carry God and not enjoy his favour, Divine favour answers to divine presence. “And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but God was with him, delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh King of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.” Acts 7:9-10. The presence of God in the life of Joseph positioned him for divine favour everywhere.

As you walk through this month, I see the favour of God making ways for you in Jesus name. God is the source of favour hence, genuine walk with him guarantees the release of his favour on you. The question you need to ask yourself is- Are you in God? Is God with you?

I present to you this month the mind of God, He is ever willing to be with you, but he cannot if you are not with him. Realign your life with God today and I see him releasing himself upon you. Shalom.

WHY THE ADVERSARY SILENCES THE ADVANTAGED BELIEVERS

Every Scriptural revelation is designed to position destiny in dominion, until you connect with the scriptural revelation that will propel you, dominion will continually be an impossible height for you.

“Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.” Jeremiah 15:16.
Studying the book of Genesis chapter three today, I connected with deep scriptural revelations in the direction of why many covenant children of God are being denied and destroyed from accessing their ordained inheritance in life.
Considering the best topic to entitle this revelation, I choose this “THREE CHANNELS VIA WHICH THE ENEMY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF COVENANT CHILDREN.”
Genesis 3:4-6
“And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”
Insight into this scripture reveals that the enemy takes advantage of covenant children through the following:
1. IGNORANCE OF TRUE IDENTITY: “For God know that ..and ye shall be as gods…” When you lack the true knowledge of who you are, you automatically struggle to become another person. Many times the enemy robs Covenant children of the kingdom because of the ignorance of true identity. The enemy said to her you shall be as a gods. She never knew that her makeup was in the image and likeness of God and not trying to be a god, she already carries the Identity of God, but because she was ignorant of this, she gave in cheaply to the deceit of the enemy.
The enemy will always create a picture of what and who you are not to deceive you from appreciating who you are. Be always conscious of your true identity in Christ, if you are a born again, you are born of God, it doesn’t matter if people accepts you or not, you are a new creature and your identity is one with God, hence you are not trying to be like gods(Make a name for your success, ran for recognition). You are a child of God, you are a friend of God, and you are born of the Spirit.

Being a son of God is an enrolment into oneness with God; hence you become a carrier of what God carries. You are not struggling to become it, but you are already whatever God says you are.
The enemy has taken advantage of my covenant children by constantly making them to believe what others says they are, what the situations says they are, what the economy says they are. Refuse to be robbed by the enemy from today, get the right picture of who you are. If you miss the identity of who you are, you will automatically miss the possession ordained for you person.

If you are not a born again Christian, you are not a new creature, you are not a son of God, though you are still loved by God he wants you to come into the level of sonship with him.
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” John 1:12
The enemy took advantage of Eve because she lost the knowledge of her true identity, if God says you are made in his image and likeness why do you have to settle for less to become like gods….

2. LACK OF DISCERNMENT: To lack discernment is to be cheaply deceived, denied and destroyed. Throughout the conversation, Eve never discerned that the serpent was being influenced by the enemy. Also she could not discern that the serpent never meant well for her and all the questions were to make her loose her place. You must always be sensitive to be able to discern the operations of the enemy in order to bring you down. All the while the serpent kept presenting God to her as a liar. Whatsoever makes God looks like a liar or not having full good intention for you is only trying to rob you off, be wise.
A discerning spirit is very essential if you will live your ordained life profitably. You must be able to discern what the enemy is saying, the enemy’s strategies and operations in and around you.

3. LACK OF SELF- CONTROL: “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.” No matter who you are and what you do, it takes self –control to keep being in control.

Commitment and consistency can get you high in life, but it takes self-control to keep you on high. The enemy has succeeded in taking advantage of so many covenant children because they lack self-control.
After all Eve have been living and staying with this tree for a long while before now, and she never made such comments she is making now. Many times when the enemy wants to destroy destinies, they make use of what you are used and create the picture in a new way before you. Even at the point of seeing this tree, she lacked the self – control to hold herself not to commit the sin of disobedience against the divine order of God.
Temptations will always come, but it takes self –control to hold you from failing.
When she saw, she could not resist… beware of what you see because they form what you think and what you think defines what you will do. Her lack of self –control made her to lose control and found herself robbed of her inheritance.

Conclusively, the enemy cannot operate in your life beyond the reach you permit. Hence, you can position yourself not to be robbed by the enemy via embracing and walking in the consciousness of whom you are, pray to God for a discerning spirit, live sensitively and uphold high level of self control. I see God arising for your help in this season in Jesus name.
As many as the enemy has taken advantage of as covenant children, I reverse the operations of the adversary over your life today in the name of Jesus. You are regaining your place in destiny in the name of Jesus.
